Thanks for your order! What happens next?
An order confirmation email has been sent to the email address provided during checkout and reflects the items that have been purchased from your shopping cart.
We ship orders by UPS ground or the selected expedited shipping method five days a week (Monday through Friday). Orders received weekdays by 2PM are processed and shipped the same day. If your order is placed after 2PM, it will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from UPS containing the tracking number for your order. The tracking number can be used to follow your shipment via clickable hyperlink provided. UPS provides updates throughout all stages of the shipping and delivery process.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date and a credit will be applied to the payment method used for the transaction. If you should need to return an item, call us at 888-772-5200 to request a Return Authorization Number. It is important to include the RAN number with your return to ensure your refund is processed properly. Warranty coverage applies to any purchases after the 30-day return period.
